Go Mitt!

As many of you know, Devon is very passionate about religion and politics. When you combine the two, it goes beyond passion and becomes an obsession! Since Devon is currently unemployed and at home (ALL DAY), my life has been bombarded with non-stop talk radio and fox news shows discussing the polls and candidates of the 2008 election. Devon has been following the Mitt campaign for over a year and was devastated when he lost the primary in Florida...you would have thought his dog died or something.

Last night, Devon felt like today was Christmas and couldn't sleep. In honor of this BIG day, he made us matching shirts to go vote in and insisted that I wear mine all day! Go Mitt!

I never get into politics, but i have to say i am having a hard time dealing with the fact Romney might not be the next president!! I love Devons passion! We don't get that passionate around here unless there is food or the jazz (basketball) involved..well, thats not exactly true..Tyson does get passionate about other things that involve balls..(golf i mean!) he he

Your shirt is so cute, I would have totally worn one all day also. I just got back from voting and they kept asking me if I was REB. and I kept saying yes, and I am voting for Romney!!! I think I got after Anji enough and now she is leaving us comments, yah!!!!

Well Devon has certainly done his part to move the Mitt campaign forward. I am disturbed how the media pretends like he doesn't exist.

If Mitt doesn't make it on the ticket in November, I've decided I'm voting for Obama. He's charismatic and a good public speaker, so my vote's for Obama. Make sure Devon knows. How's that for a swing from Romney on the right to Obama on the far left? I know I don't want to vote for McCain.

Jeff and I were looking at this together and laughed. You guys are funny. I love the shirts. Sorry about Mitt not doing well. I think it is the Huckelberry Finn guy taking all his votes away.

Oh man....You guys should have sent me a shirt to wear to the polls. I may have been egged, but it would have been fun to see the looks on people's faces. Go Mitt!!

I should have had a shirt when I worked at the polls on Feb 5th (Super Tuesday) I was the Provisional Judge and I worked at the Escalante Elementary School where there were a lot of democrats and liberals so I had to help them. I really think a go Mitt Shirt would have made a hit and maybe they wouldn't have let me work again as a poll worker. I really love Devon's enthusiasm. I kind of think Devon should be really active in politics and give a voice to all of us. Love your enthusiasm and your upbeat way of dealing with the trials you are facing now because this too will pass. Love you a lot!!!
