Blake the Caveman!

Being the mother of two boys is ALWAYS exciting! There is definitely never a dull moment around our house...

From wrestling to mud pies, crossing streams in the toilet to nekkid time, spitting to playing with electricity, and much, much more...I thought there were no surprises left...I was wrong!

Yesterday, Grandma offered to watch the kids while I taught my 3rd class at the gym.

When I arrived home she approached me with a funny grin on her face and told me she had to tell me something.

That evening, as she was walking past the front-entry way, she noticed a little Blakey with his pants down peeing in her in-door tree.

Yep! Not the toilet, the tree!!!

I don't know what his obsession is with peeing on mother-nature, but just the other day he started pulling his pants down, outside the post office, to pee on the grass...luckily, I caught him in time and we ran to the restroom.

Evidently, after he finished relieving himself...Grandma kindly sat him down and discussed with him where we do and don't pee and the only times we are allowed to pee on mother-nature.

I'm sure his little brain was just laughing at her as she spoke to him and immediately began scheming plans for his next target...ha ha!

Like I said, never a dull moment around here!

Hahahahahhahaha! Whenever we're going outside to play, I tell Parker to go potty first. His response is always, "I'll just pee in the grass!" We have to tell him that we ONLY pee in the grass when there's no potty available. Was the tree that Blake pee'd in a REAL tree, or a fake one? Hopefully real! Funny boy!

It must be their age--our 3-year-old did the same thing this summer!!

My boys did the same thing Kimberly. Once Brandon did on main street where we used to live!! I even had neighbours call me to tell me the boys were in their backyard "watering" their bushes!! Oh, this post brought back many funny memories including some not so funny ones from Alex in the "peeing" department. Let's just say he's lucky to be alive and preparing for a mission! :)

I knew things were different with boys the Sunday morning I found Andy outside naked peeing on the sidewalk. Girls just don't do that kind of stuff. Thanks for the laugh. I'm sure the indoor tree will smell lovely for a few days.

I wish I could tell you that it gets better but Braxton still likes to pee outside, we have this medium size pine tree in the back yard, that is tall enough that Braxton hides behind it and you guessed it pee's behind.

The other day he had his BF over, Shelby came running upstairs to tell me that Braxton and his BF both had to go to the bathroom and both didn't want to come upstairs (we have one bathroom off the main level and two upstairs) both boys decided that they could pee in the toliet and the same time. So I am not sure what is worst going outside in the nature or going inside with a friend?!?! KIDS!!!

I think every little boy goes through this? What is it? Is the fact that it's so accessible?! Oy...

Too funny. What'd you do with the tree?

My girls liked to pee on mother nature too. More than once I had to rush to stop them in public places.
They were like "What?"
We do a lot of camping and hiking... yeah.

Love it! This summer my just-turned-2-year-old took his diaper off and pooped on the grass. I explained that dogs could do that but not little boys. You are so right. Never a dull moment.
