Nothing Like A Pedicure!

We went out last night with our good friends, Amanda and Lance and their son Gavin, to our favorite polynesian restaurant, Da Kitchen. The teriyaki chicken and mac salad are to die for. I, actually, had unthawed some steaks, had potatoes baking in the oven, and the barbeque heating when Amanda called to see if we wanted to go out with them. We can never turn down Da Kitchen, so I turned off the oven, the bbq, put the steaks in the fridge, and loaded up the kids to go. While we were out, Amanda and I decided that we both needed some pampering. We planned to meet up this morning for pedicures. While we were out, Lance dropped by the house with donuts so he and Devon could hang out and have some "guy" time. It was definitely some well-deserved pampering that we both needed. Don't my toes (the pink ones!) look so cute! It's been, at least, a year since my last pedicure. I forgot how much I enjoyed having them done!

I think it should be a law that if you have small children you should get a pedicure once a month- everyone would be such better moms! I have the same color pink on my toes right now too!! It makes me feel just like a Barbie doll when I look at them!

It makes me so happy to see your bright pink toenails! I'm jealous...I have yet to find a place to get mine done! Good for you!!

Mom needs to look harder.

Hey looking at your feet reminds of our trip out to California last year and our total pampering bit. My toenails were so pretty and I didn't want to cover them up with shoes. Love the feet and I agree with Susie that you need this at least once a month.

You forgot to mention that you realized the next day that you actually hadn't turned off the BBQ and that your full tank of propane was gone! I love the toenails, though. I haven't had a pedicure forever either...California needs to visit Utah so we can go get one.

Kimberly, I really am concerned about Luke and his fevers and Blake and his ear infections. Maybe they becoming immune to the antibiotics. Love you and keep me updated on their recovery. By the way I loved my toenails so much that I still have a tip of the polish on my right foot big toe. You would think that I would have wiped it off by now but Oh well.
