Dance, Girlfriends, and More Snow!

Taylors dance recital was last night...woo-hoo! She did such a good job. It made me want to join her dance group just so I could wear cute, tight leather pants too!

It has been snowing ridiculous amounts of snow and so instead of trudging back home after the rehearsal, I stayed at the school and let the kids run and run and run in the school gymnasium.

All of a sudden, Blakey is going through an "I Love Girls and want to chase them EVERYWHERE" phase. Seriously! Who knew this was coming? At the school he met, and fell in love with little Emma. He chased her and chased her and hugged her and hugged her and when it was time to go he would not let go of her! He cried for her all the way out of the school.

Look at that sad face!
It continued to snow ALL NIGHT LONG! Luckily, it stopped long enough to build our first snowman! I forgot how hard it was to roll snow balls in the snow, but it was worth it!
And, "Ta Da" Luke is so proud!!

Taylor looks so cute! And that is hilarious about your little womanizer--Blake! Who would've guessed? And Luke looks like he's loving the snow! Can't wait to see you guys!

I am so happy to see the kids and how cute they are. Taylor is a natural in her dance recital and Luke is growing up so fast and who would have thought that our cute little Blake would be a womanizer at his tender age I just love your blogs.

Taylor looks super cute! Watching them dance is so fun. My kids are dying to get out to build a snowman; unfortunately we haven't had the time hopefully after Christmas.

Love the dance picture, Taylor looks gr8. I love watching my girls dance, but watching is as far as I would go.

Something is wrong with this snow picture. We don't even have enough snow to have a good snow fight and you have way to much. I think mother nature is a little off. My kids love playing in the snow. I am hoping that we have more snow in the next week. What else is there to do with two weeks off school?? If the snow doesn't come soon I think we will have to find away to make our own.!!! :)

Wow, Blake, what a lady killer! You know it just doesn't surprise me somehow. All that passion inside him that came out sort of violent early on is now turning into something very sweet. so cute. I love the snowman. Looking at your pictures makes me cold. I'm going to have to go make some hot chocolate.

What a funny phase for Blake to go through. Maybe it's not a phase, though. Maybe this one's around for the long haul!

Tell Taylor she was looking pretty hot in those leather pants!

Hopefully Blake grows out of that phase before he's 16. I love the dance picture! Cute outfits!

Oh I can't wait until I can go to my daughters dance recitals...I'm with you...doing the routine in my chair along with them!! What a Diva!

And Blakey...that's so freakin' funny! What a sweetie...he's just so loving...he can't help but share it!

And I LOVE the snowman! I still can't get over how beautiful your view is out there!

Good idea to let them burn off some energy. We're in freezing Canada and my kids are bouncing off the walls. They're not used to being contained this long. :-)

Dance Recitals are the best. Taylor looks pretty hot in that outfit, I think you should start to worry now!!

Taylor's outfit is super cute, it looks great on her. I don't think that I have ever made a snowman, I have always wanted to though, Luke does look so proud next to him. I love the beanie on him, so cute!

I hear ya about the snow. We need to get out a build a snowman. I love Blake! He is so cute and I love that he loves girls. Max still hits them and tells them to "go away"!

All these dance recital pictures of everyones cute girls are making me want to put Annie in dance! The snowman is awesome, my kids love to play in the snow and I love to play in it with them...last year I helped them make one when I was 9 months pregnant--Oy, that is hard! I have missed a few of your posts...sorry you are missing CA so much:(

I can't believe I haven't commented on your post yet. Good thing you haven't updated yet. It was pretty fun being in the snow for Christmas! I loved watching Blake walk around in his snow gear. He reminded me of the kid in The Christmas Story. He'd never be able to get up if he fell down.

Also, I've been laughing at the picture of Taylor's recital. Did you notice that the girl on the right looks like she has four arms??

I am jealous of all the snow! It looks so fun. Of course I don't have to shovel it or drive in it but it sure would be fun to play in! Taylor looks so cute. And Blake's story was so funny!
