My mom left this morning and, also,this last week, Blake has been keeping me up all night. I don't know if it's the ear infection, the gas he has from the ammoxicilin, or if he is teething, but it is driving me crazy!!! Last night when he woke up at 1am, he was so wired and did not go back to bed until almost 3am! Since I am so tired today and mourning saying good-bye to my mom this morning, I decided that we should have a pajama day! It's hard to be upset with him when he is just so cute! The kids love pajama day because we sit around and watch lots of cartoons, eat snacks, and make a mess of the house with toys, toys, and more toys! I'm sure I'll regret this tomorrow when I have a huge messy house to clean up, but sometimes it's nice to do nothing.

Mom and Dad just left me this morning, so I think Parker and I need to have a pajama day tomorrow. Their visit was WAY too short, but Parker is definitely EXHAUSTED! Three days straight with hardly any naps...yikes!
I used to love days like that- when you just spent time enjoying your children! I bet it was painful for your mom to leave you and the kids- it's the most awful thing as a grandma!!
