You're So Vain....You Probably Think This Blog is About You...

I thought this was a fun game and decided to play along...here are the rules:

1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you (and if this isn't on there...I'll assume you're a procrastinator like me and will check back later!)

Wanna play?

Yea! I actually have the first comment on your blog too! Woopee! There is a first time for everything! (smile)

Okay - I also have so many memories of you too! sorry about the bloody Mary thing, I can't believe what a KID I was...h aha ha ha

I remember the time Michelle and I drove out to stay with you when you were going to school at ricks college. I was just getting over a break up and I was such a sob story, but I really liked hanging out with you and your roomates and going to the dance. I was really hoping that some guy would ask me to dance, but I was in that sad place and people can feel that. I always regretted being such an Idiot about Stupid BOYS. I wasted so much time crying over them, it really is pitiful....but my memory of you and hanging out was actually the best part. I really did have a great time!

love ya

Hmmmm...yes...going to American Idol auditions together has to be one of my favorite memories. I have so many memories, though, of you teasing me and "teaching me the ropes" in life. For example...you used to taunt me and Michael by kneeling on our armpits and letting spit drip out of your mouth, then sucking it back in. Yuck! Or the time I was about to enter Junior High and you put tons of makeup on me, and told me that that was how girls are supposed to look for Junior High. I also remember laughing and giggling in our bed in Yellowstone when we heard funny noises... OH, and one more...PRISM! I LOVED singing with you on stage...even the time you rammed my broken leg into the wall as we exited. Ha ha. OK--I guess that's all!

I remember being at Grandma J's with you and we were playing house. Craig was being the dog for Julie, and it made us both mad that he was playing with her and not us.

I also remember dancing to the Beach Boys out on the deck at Carma's cabin.

Lots of fun times!

Me next...

What one to chose....

I remember that we would play all day but that was never enough. One of us would have to go home, we would ask if we could walk the other home. We would walk form one house and then walk back, we do again and again and the whole time we would just talk. I think we shared everything on those walks. What great memories!!

I also remember being able to celebrate our birthday together. I can say for sure that I have not and will NEVER forget your Birthday. I loved having a friend that was only one day apart and I loved telling people that we were twins. We sure did have fun growing up. Thanks:)

Hi Kimberly,

It's Alicia (Darcie's sister) let's see I have quite a few from you and Darcie. But one of my favorites is your super afternoon snack. Let's see it's the only time I have heard of getting a piece of bologna squirting ketchup into and than rolling it up to eat. YUM, YUM!!! Welcome back to Utah...

There was the time we sang at Robyn's farewell and you started crying, and I had to finish as a soloist. Oh, and the time you were driving us to the beach and we got into an accident. Or the time that you got into an accident on the way to seminary, and I was sad for you but happy because I didn't have to go to school that day (actually I went 'til break and then Susie picked me up). And then there's the endless tickling and being almost spit on. You made me feel really cool when you would call me from Ricks and talk to me. You and Devon were two of my best friends when you were in High School, and still are. We used to watch Seventh Heaven when you moved home from Ricks and went to CSF. Taylor was the first baby I held. Lots of memories.

So, I'm one of the ones that only knows you a little, but what I know is awesome!

I really got to know your darling kids in your parents house in Placentia when we were there for Parker's blessing. Taylor was running around saying the cutest little things!

I still can't get over how gorgeouse your family is!!!

I have many, many, memories with you - you were probably the main influence on my elementary school years. But the memory I'm going to choose is when our two boyfriends, Nathan and Andy rode their bikes over to see us at your house while your parents were gone. And we thought we were so cool, right? Until you slipped in some of Dutchesses dog poop and then when we tried to get into your house to clean it up we realized that Laura and Robyn had locked us out. And Laura and Robyn were embarrassing us so bad by singing "Beat It" by Michael Jackson to Nathan and Andy. That's a memory I'll definitely be passing on to my girls when they get their first boyfriend!! :)

Were do I begin??? There are FAR to many. I just remember thinking that Devon REALLY loved you and that you were the prettiest of all the girls he had dated and I got along with you the most. You guys are just so great together and make the cutest kids!!

In particular, I remember the first time you met Brett when we came over to the Chino house to help you move and you came up to me with a big smile and said Brett was really cute and you really liked him! I was so glad because I liked him too and I knew you hadn't liked the other guy I had been dating.

Okay Kimberely,

Going to your house was always my favorite place to be as a kid. Those are really the only memories I have of you guys because you moved to Cali when we were all still so young.
I remember having sleepovers and playing in the huge playhouse with the fence all the way around your house. I remember playing dolls and your mom always making us breakfast. It was just the best place to be - those were some of the greatest times for me.
Love ya,
Beck

I have so many fun memories. I will never forget last New Year's Eve when we were trying to play a game as couples and the kids were all going crazy around us, messing with the DVD player, pulling the pieces off the game board, etc. You and Devon were so calm and we finished the game. I was so impressed. That was a realy fun night. I also remember last year for my birthday you suprised me with flowers, a movie, and a nice card. I remember it made my day.

Its so sad that I don't have too many memories that don't include Christmas, or when I was really young.
I do have a memory, but not a pleasant one. My sister and I were staying at your house. I think my parents went on a trip together. We were all asleep and I got sick and threw up all over the carpet in yours and Robyn's bedroom. I remember your mom and dad cleaning up after me with a mop and feeling so bad that I didn't make it to the bathroom.
I remember your cute little house in Granger (I think) We spent a lot of time with your mom and dad and you guys too, I'm pretty sure, when you lived here. Then you guys moved away and it seemed that we didn't see you very often at all. But the times we spent together were really fun as kids. Lots of barbies.
You got married in Cali, so I didn't get to go to your wedding. (San Diego temple right?)
Sorry, my memory isn't that great either!

We've never met face to face in person, but I do have a memory.
I found you through another blogger, don't remember that part...but you were doing the Desperate Housewives Post-that was in April of this year.
While I love the show DH, I couldn't bring myself to enter the contest! BUT, I do love YOUR page and have been coming ever since!
No personal memories, I am sorry to say. If we lived closer, I am sure there would be many others!
:-)
Love your stuff!
Yes, I am playing...I hope to get it up tonight!

Of course I have a million memories with you in them!!! I remember coming to stay at your house in CA and you were a cheerleader. You had these really cute bongo levi shorts and you were showing us how you would put your hair in hot rollers then flip your head upside down to shake out the curls and then hairspray it!!! I remember thinking WOW Kimberely is sooo cool!!!!

Thanks for being the big sister that I didn't have!!!! Love Ya!!!

Hey Kim, cool idea! One of my favorite memories of you and I is when we did the Elvis Lives Road Show in the Placentia 1st Ward! That was so much fun and we all looked so cute with the big bows in our hair and lots of make up! I've still got that photo floating around here. :-)

I do remember that your birthday is Halloween and that Aly and Robyn probably drove you crazy because you were the big sister. I remember that it was so special to get to go to your bridal shower because you lived so far away and it was fun to reconnect when you were all grown up and about to be married. You guys are all much older now but funny thing, your Mom and I just keep getting younger!

Hi Kimberly, one of my favorite memories of you is when I went with you and your friends, we stayed in a hotel room. Can't even remember where we went now. I just remember loving it that I was there. I felt free. You and your friends were so great to me. One of your buddies taught me how to tie my shoes so they didn't come untied anymore, I still use her method today!:) I like this game.
